Since I was very young I've had the idea of helping people in a very direct, close and caring way. There was even a time that I considered studying medicine to then become a neurosurgeon doctor. Obviously that idea is scratch out of the possibilities for now.
As an student of Chemistry and Pharmacy I know that there are a lot of ways to help people when I get a job. The post-graduate study that I like the most thus far is Clinical Pharmacy. You get to work next to doctors, and that interaction generates a better and much more efficient treatment for patients.
I've also realised throughout the years how much I enjoy teaching, whether is chemistry or english, I get a feeling of satisfaction that motivates me to continue doing it, so if the first doesn't work out, being a teacher in secondary school is a great possibility as well. teaching chemistry of course.
I'm just starting to consider what to study, what I have is a close idea, therefor I'm not sure yet where to continue my studies, so far I believe I'll stay at the University of Chile. Although I'd love to study out of the country, to experience a new way of learning, probably with new technologies that are not currently available in Chile, it would also open new doors in the job area.
